Buyer Consultation
I am happy to sit down with you and answer all your questions about buying. Whether this is your first home or otherwise, there are always a lot of questions buyers have as the market changes and so the do rules and fees. I will meet with you and tailor the meeting to your specific needs as a buyer. We will go through all the forms that you will need to sign at the time of purchase (I will not ask you to sign anything during the meeting), I will go through all the hidden costs, we will look at your rough monthly costs for your specific price range, and finally I will take the time to answer any and all questions you have once we have gone through anything.
Seller Consultation and Evaluations
I will come to your home for a quick showing, usually about 15-20 minutes. After that I will return to my office and provide you with a written home evaluation with recent comparables sales so you see what I see. You will have a solid idea of the range that your home would sell for in the current market. After that I am happy to explain the process of getting your home on the market and selling for top dollar!
Property Management
Rental properties can be a lot of work to manage but I can carry the load for you. I will find renters for your unit, make sure they have a solid rental history, handle all the paperwork, and then make sure they pay their rent on time. I will also maintain the property for you so you don't need to worry about taking calls late at night or while you are on holidays. This turns your investment property into a true investment that you don't have to pay attention to everyday, making real estate investment much easier to get into! I am happy to sit with you and describe the plan and my services in detail.
